Sherpa first engaged with Lily Systems back in 2013, providing a fully outsourced IT marketing service. The initial phase of the support was a build programme of CRM and a website overhaul and rebuild. 

The second stage was for Sherpa to implement a 12 Month Campaign Schedule across 6 Vendor Partners and to secure Vendor Liaison and Funding. Sherpa's provision of IT marketing support to Lily includes; Telesales Management & Support Vendor and Distributor liaison and planning with a full IT Marketing Plan in place.

Notwithstanding the IT marketing support that Sherpa provide to Lily, the Strategic Business Planning advice and support for 1, 3 and 5 year plans has been crucial to Lily's growth over the last few years.
