Client Services Executive - Platforms

We are looking for an ambitious Client Success Executive - Platforms to join our fast-growing team. The role will suit someone who wants to start their career in technology with one of the world's fastest-growing channel agencies.

We work with some of the world's largest technology companies, companies like Lenovo, Zoom, Sage & Verizon trust Sherpa with their channel programmes.

Having recently launched our new platform, Partner Activate, we now have a new opportunity to support the growth of this platform through effective onboarding and maintenance of clients.

There are two main responsibilities to the role.

Firstly, to onboard new clients onto Partner Activate, and maintain their platforms ensuring a great client experience.

Secondly, we support clients in their use of third-party platforms, by carrying out audits of what they have in place and making and implementing recommendations for improvements.

The role requires someone with great communication skills and a strong attention to detail. You should be able to solve problems, be IT literate and a team player.

Importantly you should have fantastic time management skills, with the ability to spin lots of plates!

Specific experience is not important, we can teach you what you need to know. We are more concerned with the right attitude, willingness to learn and ambition on your part, to join a company that has big plans.

Senior Account Manager - Channel Marketing

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Account Manager to join our fast-growing team. The role will suit someone who “gets” channel marketing and wants to work in one of the world's fastest-growing channel agencies.

Do you have Channel marketing experience - Agency or Client-side?

Are you highly organised, ready to take on a big new challenge, and full of ambition?

Want to work with a bold and driven team, that truly put people first?

Reporting direct into our Client Services Director and working on several key accounts with global tech companies, you’ll need to be a force to be reckoned with a strong character when it comes to getting the job done.

You’re great at managing multiple projects under pressure, getting the various elements organised and used to working with marketing specialists to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Agency/Marketing / Tech background
