The challenge
- Working with a Partner, Genesys wanted to run a competitor displacement campaign, targeting prospects using a competitors Contact Centre
- They wanted to highlight that their current solution was going “end-of-life” and “end-of-support”, meaning they would be left with increasing costs to operate and limited help. The majority of prospects had not been made aware that they were at risk!
- They couldn’t directly mention their competitor, so needed a sophisticated strategy to raise awareness and generate engagement
Sherpa's Approach
- Working closely with both the Partner and Genesys, Sherpa developed a comprehensive campaign structure and workflow that included Interactive assets, a Nurture stream and a dedicated Hub page to direct prospects to discover the benefits of Genesys Contact Centre
- Data cleansing of over 10,000 records to create a definitive prospect list of active Contact Centre users
- Creation of a detailed campaign reporting dashboard, showing engagement rates, time on page and individuals who interacted with content
