We are conscious of our place in the world, and whilst we are in business to make a profit, we are also in business to make a positive impact on the lives of our team, our clients, suppliers, our community, and the environment. We will look after and develop our staff, contribute to our local and wider communities, and provide charitable assistance to better humanity as our company grows. We try to tread lightly to minimize our impact on the environment and are committed to the sustainable management of our activities.  

Our Team

Our Suppliers

We aim to build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and contractors. We choose suppliers that share our values and ethos in relation to employment practices, quality, and environmental controls. By collaborating in better ways, and understanding how we work best together, we will grow and improve for collective gain.

Our Environment

We are aware of our environmental impact as a business and have taken and continue to take appropriate steps to mitigate that impact, including setting environmental objectives and targets, implementing procedures, and providing training so employees and contractors understand their environmental responsibilities and can seek to improve our environmental performance.

Our Community

Our aim is to be a positive contribution to our local, and wider community. Through several initiatives, including our volunteering allowance, which sees our team members doing great things to support charities of their choice, and by contributing 3% of our net profits to charitable causes, we play an active role in our community and its development. Each year we support a new charity, voted for by the Sherpa team, and we undertake fundraising activities and provide sponsorship to help them continue their important work.
